Brazil will be able to start exports of chicken meat to French Polynesia. The statement authorizing the sales was sent to the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (MAPA) by the health authorities of French Polynesia. 

According to data released by Mapa, the refrigerated establishments that today ship to the European Union will be able to export chicken meat to the overseas territory located in the South Pacific Ocean. The sales should meet the food service market of the country, especially for the hotel chain, which has tourism as the main economic sector. 

With the new open market, Brazil now has nine records of openings for products of the agricultural sector this year, and reinforces the recognition of international players for the quality and high sanitary controls established by Brazilian exporters.
