After a first bilateral contact between Brazil and Denmark on the margins of the Ministerial Meeting of Environment of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), the Secretary of Climate and International Relations of the Folder, Marcelo Donnini Freire, travels on Monday (4) to Norway to "sell" business opportunities linked to the green area of the country.
Environment Minister Joaquim Leite said he has narrowed contact with Copenhagen to attract investments especially in green hydrogen.
In Denmark's capital, Freire will continue this agenda of bilateral meetings with investment fund managers, government representatives and technology development companies focused on the generation of clean energy.
The secretary will also hold bilateral meetings with local government representatives, and denmark's largest financial institution to talk about Brazil's green growth, sustainable investments, low-carbon economy and climate solutions.
The trip will extend until the day (8) and in Oslo, the secretary will participate in one of the panels of Nor-Shipping, a fair of the maritime industry and development of offshore wind and green hydrogen.
At the event, Freire will address the Brazilian green agenda and how the development of this agenda is a great opportunity for the challenges facing the world. According to Estadão/Broadcast, Russia's invasion of Ukraine has shifted the OECD's focus to sustainability issues.
